DESCRIPTION

12Х18Н10Т – is an austenitic stainless steel grade containing at least 17% Cr and 9% Ni, and alloyed by Ti. Such Cr content ensures the formation of the oxide layer on the surface providing steel resistance to various chemicals. 12X18H10T has high corrosion resistance to most liquid environments, resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding heat, relatively little surface embrittlement as a result of prolonged exposure to high temperatures and can be used as a heat-resistant material at temperatures of ~ 600°C

The main application of 12Х18Н10Т – is details which work at the temperatures upto 600 °С. Welded vehicles and vessels working in dilute solutions of nitric, acetic, phosphoric acid, alkali and salt and other parts working under pressure at temperatures from -196 to +600 °C, and in the presence of aggressive media to +350 °C.
